1:1 CONSTELLATIONS
What wants to be seen?
Sometimes we know something in our lives isn't quite sitting right, even when we can't fully explain why.
A relationship.
A repeating pattern.
A difficult choice.
A feeling of being stuck.
Something we seem to understand intellectually but continue to experience in the same way.
Constellation work offers another way of looking - creating space for what may be difficult to see a little more visible.

What Is Constellation Work?
Constellation work is an experiential way of exploring a relationship, pattern or situation by creating a visual representation of the different elements involved.
Rather than only talking about what is happening, we place aspects of the situation outside ourselves, allowing us to slow down, observe and notice things from another perspective.
These elements might represent people, relationships, emotions, roles, or choices. As the constellation unfolds, you are invited to notice what you see, what you experience and what becomes meaningful to you.
A constellation offers another perspective.
You decide what it means for you.
What Might You Bring to a Constellation?
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed question. Perhaps there's something in your life that feels unresolved, repetitive, confusing or simply ready for attention.
We can begin with whatever feels meaningful to you.
Relationships & Family
-
A relationship that feels difficult or stuck
-
A repeating family or relationship dynamic
-
Difficulty finding your place or expressing your needs
Patterns & Choices
-
A familiar pattern you don't fully understand
-
A decision that feels difficult to make
-
Feeling pulled between different needs or possibilities
Belonging & Identity
-
Questions about your place in life
-
Roles or responsibilities you've carried
-
Expectations that may no longer fit with who you are
Life Transitions
-
Loss, change or an unexpected life event
-
A new stage of life or shifting identity
-
Something ended or something new beginning
If it matters to you, we can begin there.
We meet privately on Zoom, where we begin by taking time to connect and explore what is bringing you to the session. Together, we identify the people, relationships, emotions or other elements that may be helpful to explore.
Using a simple shared visual space, we create a constellation by placing and moving shapes that represent different elements of your situation. As we observe their position and relationships, I invite you to notice what draws your attention, what you experience and whether a different perspective begins to emerge.
You remain an active participant throughout the process. I guide our exploration with thoughtful questions and observations, while allowing you to discover what feels meaningful to you.
We close by reflecting on what you've noticed and what you may wish to carry forward. There is nothing you need to perform, prove or get right.

How I Work With You
Every constellation is different. While each session unfolds in its own way.

My Approach
Walking Beside You
I don't enter a constellation believing I have your answers.
My role is to listen, notice, ask thoughtful questions and create a grounded space where you can explore what is present. We don't need to force an answer, manufacture an insight or make something happen.
Sometimes something becomes clearer. Sometimes a different perspective emerges. And sometimes the most meaningful part of the experience is simply being able to see something differently.
You remain at the centre of the work.
Your experience
Your meaning
Your choices
I walk beside you as you discover your own way forward.
Seeing • Choosing • Becoming
Honouring what was. Making space for what is.
